From August 13, register checks in the amount of UAH 1,000 from any Forum Lviv institution (you can sum up 2 checks, but with Silpo – only 1) at the info desk in the main atrium, fill in the registration form and confirm your identity with a document – now you are a participant competition.
On September 27, we will receive a live broadcast of the random card from the lottery machine and find out the name of the owner of the brand new car. Ready to try your luck to the fullest?
The participant must reach 18 years of age. Checks for a total amount of at least UAH 1,000 by one check or a set of several checks (maximum two checks) during the Promotion Period in all stores of the shopping center. One check from the Silpo supermarket can be provided for one questionnaire.
