- make a purchase at any establishment of the shopping centre in the amount of UAH 2,000 or more in the period from October 1 to December 1;
- register the check and fill out the application form.

“Four iPhone 16 Pro Max” Lottery prize draw from Forum Lviv and Yabluka store will take place ONLINE on December 2 at 19:00.
It will be broadcast live from the studio. The presence of the winners in the shopping centre or at the location of the prize draw is not a prerequisite for receiving a gift.
