Forum Lviv shopping centre is the only shopping centre in Ukraine that has successfully passed the BREEAM (Building Research Establishment Environmental Assessment Method) certification of green construction.
BREEAM requirements were taken into account and applied already at the design and construction stage of FORUM LVIV, and the corresponding certificate was finally received in September 2018.
BREEAM is the world’s leading sustainability assessment method for masterplanning projects, infrastructure and buildings. This means BREEAM rated developments are more sustainable, enhance the well-being of the people who live and work in them, help protect natural resources and make for more attractive property investments.
