Multi’s Forum Lviv in Ukraine won the retail development award for the best shopping centre in Central Eastern Europe at the 13th annual Central & Eastern Europe Real Estate Quality Awards (CEEQA) gala in Warsaw held on 12 April.  This is the sector’s flagship annual event and one of the most valued real estate business events in Europe attended by over 700 of the sector’s key influencers and business leaders from more than 50 countries.
The 2016 CEEQA awards are for business leadership and achievement in commercial real estate in CEE during  the 2015 calendar year.

Gawein Minks, Development Director Multi CEE: “Forum Lviv was developed in the most challenging times in CEE for the past decade. We still refused to make any compromises whatsoever in terms of quality, and that has paid off in spades. Our retailers and customers experience this quality on a daily basis and we’re pleased that Forum Lviv has now been recognised by this highly respected award.”

Forum Lviv

Forum Lviv opened on 25 September 2015 and is located in the historic inner city of Lviv. The shopping centre has an area of 69,000 m2 and has a tenant mix that includes popular brands such as Zara, Springfield, Bershka, Mango, Massimo Dutti, LaCoste, Pull&Bear, Stradivarius, Reserved, Sinsay, Cropp Town, Planeta Kino and more. The centre also offers 600 underground parking spaces. Multi  Ukraine developed and owns Forum Lviv with two Ukrainian real estate partners, Galereja Centre and Bud House Group. The Forum Lviv concept was created by TTDesign, Multi’s in-house design studio. Forum Lviv was developed on a former brownfield location in the very centre of Lviv and is set to be the first BREEAM-certified centre in Ukraine. The project represents a substantial investment in the revitalisation of the city centre, creating the new commercial and recreational focal point in the city and stimulating further investment in Lviv as a regional business hub of the Western Ukraine. Forum Lviv is the only inner city institutional  quality retail shopping centre in town and one of the few in Ukraine.
