1. Organizer of the Action
1.1. The customer of the Promotion is PJSC “Multi Veste Ukraine 3” (hereinafter – “Organizer”). Legal address: 04050, Kyiv, street Student 5-7B, office 301.

2. The purpose of the Promotion – as part of the promotion of the shopping center Forum Lviv to increase the number of customers and stimulate sales in retail outlets
3. Duration and territory (place) of the Promotion
3.1. The action is held in the shopping center Forum Lviv at the address: Lviv, st. Under the Oak 7B (hereinafter – “Venue”).
3.2. The promotion starts on May 1 – June 09, 2019 (hereinafter – the “Promotion Period”)
3.3. The action consists of the following stages:
Stage 1 – during the Promotion period, visitors to the Forum Lviv shopping center make a purchase in the amount of UAH 1,000, which is confirmed by the presence of a settlement document (fiscal or commodity, duly executed checks) (checks) by one check or a set of several checks holding a promotion in all stores of the shopping center.One questionnaire can be issued one check from the supermarket Silpo
Stage 2 daily from 12:00 to 20:00 (and on June 9 until 17:59), in the main atrium of the Forum Lviv shopping mall, 1st floor at the reception desk, visitors must present a check / checks that meet the conditions of participation in the Promotion, register them by filling in the participant’s questionnaire and receive the Participant’s Personal Registration Card (hereinafter – the Participant’s Card). After that, the Participant has the right to take part in the drawing of the Grand Prize. 4. Products participating in the Promotion
4.1. The Promotion is attended by products of all tenants of Forum Lviv shopping center (hereinafter – Promotional Products)
5. Participants of the Promotion and requirements to the Participant of the Promotion
All able-bodied citizens of Ukraine who permanently reside in Ukraine and who have reached the age of 18 at the beginning of the Promotion (have full legal capacity) (hereinafter – Potential Participants of the Promotion) may participate in the Promotion. Potential participants of the Promotion may become participants of the Promotion provided that they fulfill the conditions of participation in the Promotion provided for in section 6 of these Rules.
5.2. Participants of the Promotion are not recognized and do not have the right to participate in the Promotion:
1) persons under the age of 18 at the time of the Promotion;
2) persons who have not fulfilled the conditions of these Rules;
3) non-residents of Ukraine;
4) owners and employees of the Contractor and the Customer or representatives of tenants of Forum Lviv shopping mall (including, but not limited to: brand owners and service staff of Forum Lviv shopping malls), owners and employees of other third parties involved in the Promotion and maintenance of Forum Lviv shopping mall , including advertising agencies, cleaning, security and other organizations, as well as direct members of their families.

6. The order of participation in the action
6.1. In order to become a Participant of the Promotion, the following actions must be taken:
6.1.1. Come to the Shopping Center during the Promotion Period (from 08:00 on May 1, 2019 to 17:30 on June 9, 2019), buy a product / service in the amount of UAH 1,000. (Mandatory purchase), receive a properly executed check in the amount of UAH 1,000. or several checks (a maximum of four checks), which must clearly indicate the place (address) of the purchase, date and amount of the purchase. At the same time, check-in takes place daily from 12:00 to 20:00 from May 1 to June 8, and on June 9 from 12:00 to 17:59.
