FORUM LVIV shopping centre’s performance now exceeds pre-covid levels and the occupancy rate was 99.6% in September 2021.
This September Forum Lviv celebrated its 6th anniversary, when almost 80,000 people visited the shopping centre during the festive weekend.
In the last year, FORUM LVIV has welcomed a range of new high-profile retailers, with The Body Shop, Under Armor, Intimissimi Uomo, Flo and Ochnik all signing leases there. In addition, a number of existing outlets have renovated and improved their shops, while the shopping centre itself has improved the visitor experience.
Since its opening in 2015, the shopping centre has hosted more than 63 million visitors.
This year has also seen the shopping centre support the council’s and country’s response to COVID-19, when its exhibition zone was transformed into a vaccination point. By the end of September around 25,000 people had been vaccinated at FORUM LVIV.
It also became the first shopping centre in Ukraine to receive the SAFE GUARD international certificate for safety and hygiene.
Maryna Nesterenko, FORUM LVIV Centre Manager, comments: “We are very pleased to see the shopping centre recover and be welcoming customers back. People love shopping and the work we have done to improve the experience here – alongside welcoming new retailers – means that customers will enjoy visiting even more. At the same time, we also want to ensure that the shopping centre meets the highest standards of safety and hygiene. We are grateful to Lviv residents and partner retailers for supporting and choosing our shopping centre in our first six years – it has helped us establish FORUM LVIV as the most important retail, fashion, leisure destination and the meeting point in Lviv”;
