On November 26th Forum Lviv shopping center, Multi’s first development in Ukraine, was recognized as a Retail Project of the Year at the Eastern Europe and Asia Real Estate Project Awards. Event was organized by EuropaProperty.com together with Ukrainian Real Estate Club.
Other nominees in the category included for instance Kiev’s main blockbusters as Ocean Plaza and Prospekt.
It is Forum Lviv’s second award upon opening. In late October shopping center was acknowledged as a Retail Project of the Year at the 5th annual CEE Investment and Green Building Awards in Warsaw, Poland.

During the Forum Lviv Grand Opening, celebrated on September 25-27th more than 220 000 Lviv citizens visited the shopping center. Forum Lviv shopping center is 97% leased out and sales beat expectations. Forum Lviv covers an area of 69,000 m2 with retail, restaurants, entertainment, a cinema and an underground car park besides an observation tower, outside terrace and highly utilized park. Retailers like Mango, LC Waikiki, Lacoste, Intimissimi, Calzedonia, Love Republic, Befree, Massimo Dutti, Oysho and Timberland opened their first stores in the region in Forum Lviv. Forum Lviv has the first 4DX screen in Lviv in Planeta Kino.
