Despite the challenges triggered by the COVID-19 pandemic and the ongoing quarantine restrictions, FORUM LVIV shopping centre demonstrates a positive dynamic of key indicators and satisfactory performance. The occupancy rate of FORUM LVIV as of February 2021 is 99.6%, and the consumer basket in the second half of 2020 has increased by 20% compared to the same period last year.
SC brands portfolio was updated and additionally strengthened with brands that are new for Ukraine and Lviv. Among the key changes in the tenant mix of FORUM LVIV SC in 2020 it is worth mentioning the opening of the following first stores in Ukraine – famous Polish brand Ochnik, Turkish shoe brand FLO and Intimissimi Uomo. Under Armor and Tezenis opened their first stores in Lviv in FORUM LVIV.
Despite the fact that the footfall indicator after the lockdown in the spring of 2020 is lower compared to previous year, there is a tendency of the footfall increase on a monthly basis.
